Cara is a manager of the account service team at NAS.

Prior to joining our team, Cara spent over 18 years in various benefits responsibilities ranging from consulting to benefits and compensation roles within large organizations. Most recently Cara was responsible for the benefits and compensation function at the largest gold mining company in the world. In this capacity she was accountable for all health, welfare, retirement and compensation programs in the U.S. Cara brings a unique perspective to the account management function because of her experience working on the employer side of this industry.

Cara earned her undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Washington and her MBA from Westminster College.
