Another area that we find employers to very interested in is the administration of FMLA and other leave programs. Our leave administration team is an industry leader and is able work with our clients to properly plan, administer and communicate leave programs.
Other services that we provide for our clients when needed are short and long term disability claims audits. NAS can perform either a current or retrospective audit of the disability plan for multiple reasons. These audits can validate proper administration of the plans, determine how plan designs are impacting plan performance and can provide insight prior to a RFP or plan renewal.
